The Ethics Commission is not a body of the Lithuanian Business Confederation (LVK). The Ethics Commission consists of 5 members elected by the Congress, suggested by the Board. The members of the Ethics Commission must be representatives of LVK members or other independent persons of impeccable reputation. The work of the Ethics Commission is organized and the activity is controlled by the Chairman of the Ethics Commission, who is elected by the Ethics Commission from among its members.
