- Who we disclose your data to?

To exercise these rights, please send a written request to info@lvk.lt. LBC is obliged to exercise your rights and inform you of this or refuse your request in writing stating the reasons for the refusal, no later than 1 month from the date of receipt of your request. This period can be extended by a further 2 months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, LBC will inform you of the extension within 1 month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
In order to ensure data protection and to enable you to exercise your rights, LVK has the right to request additional information necessary to confirm your identity.
