Revision of URDG 458 will enter into force on 1 July 2010. The revision, the first in 18 years, contains major changes to rules, which apply to billions of dollars of demand guarantees securing monetary and performance obligations in a wide array of international and domestic contracts.
This seminar will highlight key changes and will demonstrate how a consistent use of the URDG 758 and their accompanying model guarantee form can significantly curb the rate of rejection of demands and increase the certainty of the instrument.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
70 % of the registration fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing before 31st May 2010. Cancellations after this date are not refundable. The registration may be transferred to another person from the same company/bank or organization at no extra charge. Updated registration material will be required.
Please note that ICC Lithuania reserves the right to cancel this event or to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the program. In the unlikely event cancellation, delegates will be offered a full refund. ICC Lithuania will not be, however, be held responsible for any related expense incurred by participants.


TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION:
Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
